- Identify short-list of prospects
- View businesses on client’s behalf
- Liaise with client on advantages of each investment
- Undertake due diligence reviews
- Provide guidance on appropriate offer price / valuation
- Negotiate on client’s behalf
- Deal with all appropriate paperwork
- Review building and pest reports and take appropriate action
- Introduce clients to finance broker / banks / accountants / lawyers
- Handle all appropriate finance paperwork
- Attend pre-settlement inspection
