The Browns

The Brown family were introduced to Oz Relocations by a local SE Queensland school. As a family of four who had recently migrated from England, they were staying with relatives based a considerable distance away form where they wanted to settle.

Oz Relocations were able to quickly research the rental properties that suited their requirements and near to their desired location. As the selected property was not furnished, Oz Relocations were able to provide some essential items of furniture and white goods which enabled the Browns to feel comfortable and happy in the weeks prior to their main belongings arriving by sea from England. This process can sometimes take up to 3 months.

Prior to moving in, Oz Relocations were also on hand to ensure utilities including telephones and ADSL broadband was available at the property immediately.

These services allowed the Brown's to enjoy their first weeks in Queensland as a happy and contented familiy. Oz Relocations remained on hand 24/7 to continue to provide support, including assistance with driver licence applications, bank accounts and introductions to a lawyer and accountant.

Oz Relocations subsequently assisted the Browns with customs and quarantine paperwork once their container had arrived at Brisbane port. In the future, we look forward to assisting the Browns in their search for a home to purchase.
