Property Purchase – Service Summary – Cost $600

• Intensive research and short-listing of suitable properties
• Accompany client on viewings (as appropriate)
• Advice on value of recent sales transactions
• Provide guidance on appropriate offer price / valuation
• Liaise with you on advantages of each property
• Negotiate with vendor on client’s behalf
• Appoint lawyer / solicitor as required
• Arrange building and pest inspections and valuations
• Review building and pest reports and take appropriate action
• Deal with all appropriate paperwork
• Introduce clients to finance broker / banks
• Handle all appropriate finance paperwork
• Oversee contract progression and settlement and liaison with all parties
• Sign-off completion of new property
• Attend pre-settlement inspection
• Collect keys and handover (if required)
• Source furniture / white goods (purchase or rental)
• Co-ordinate utility connections
